Sen. Manchin Talks Like a Moderate, but He Chooses Left-Wing Liberals to Lead Him in the US Senate

SEN. MANCHIN TALKS LIKE A MODERATE, BUT HE CHOOSES LEFT-WING LIBERALS TO LEAD HIM IN THE US SENATE

CHARLESTON, W.V. – Our economy is failing. Our jobs are disappearing. Our National Debt is exploding. What do “Washington Joe” and his chosen leadership in the US Senate propose to do? Believe it or not, they are calling for yet another “stimulus.” You read that right…”Washington Joe’s” leaders want to spend more money we don’t have.

“Sen. Manchin chose Democratic leaders in the US Senate whose policies led to 9.1% unemployment. They lost 1.9 Million jobs in the past 15 months. They added $3.7 Trillion to the National Debt in the past 2 ½ years pushing the current National Debt over $14.3 Trillion. And the only solution they can offer is…wait for it…spending more money we don’t have,” said Chad Holland, Executive Director of the West Virginia Republican Party. “Your actions speak louder than your words, Mr. Senator,” continued Mr. Holland.

“I am certain Sen. Manchin will continue talking to the press as though he wants what’s best for the people of West Virginia…that he wants ‘common sense’ solutions; however, it is easy for him to say anything. But he chose these leaders, and he knew very well what kind of policies they would implement when he picked them,” said Mr. Holland.

“Now Sen. Manchin’s chosen leaders are claiming the Republicans are purposefully attempting to sabotage the economy for political purposes. Apparently, Sen. Manchin only offers empty words when he talks about ‘putting West Virginia first’ because when he had a chance to stop talking and act, he chose leaders like this. Which is a better indicator of Sen. Manchin’s true beliefs…his words or his actions?” concluded Mr. Holland.
